Dr. H.V. Srinivas- Medical Director and Chief Surgeon of Aditya Netralaya Dr. H.V. Srinivas brings in a combination of clinical expertise, surgical skill, sensitivity, and compassion to his patients. He is an embodiment of humility and philanthropy. To elaborate on his credentials.

Dr. Srinivas has MS in 1992 and DNB from India in 1999. Added to that, he cleared his FRCS examination in ophthalmology in the first attempt, which is considered to be one of the most stringent exams in the world, from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK in 1999. He also has credentials from the International Council of Ophthalmologists, Cambridge.

Dr. Srinivas practises at Aditya Eye Clinic, Hanumanthanagar. He carries a rich experience of sixteen years in ophthalmology that includes intensive clinical and surgical training by world renowned experts in England for four years. He also did internship at the Moorfields Eye Hospital, London also known as the 'Temple of Ophthalmology'. He was trained in phacoemulsification and lasers for sight defects at the Alcon Headquarters, UK. He is certified by the American Heart Association in advanced cardiac life support.

He is highly skilled in the management of not only simple but also complex eye conditions like phacoemulsification and lasers for sight defects, diabetic retinopathy, and plastic surgery and squint surgeries. He has authored numerous publications in international journals like 'The Eye', 'British Journal of Medicine' and 'Acta Ophthalmologica'. He has chaired several sessions on difficult cataract surgeries in ophthalmic conferences and has taught medical students and trainee Ophthalmologists in India and England.

To add to his formidable repertoire of experience, credentials and service, Dr. Srinivas is armed with a deep commitment to service and health care and has touched millions of lives through his unrelenting dedication and compassion.


Corporate Social Responsibilities:

He has formed an organisation called 'Jnana Dasoha' to help in the education of children studying in Government Schools of Bangalore. He has done camps all over Karnataka and Andhra. He also offers free or highly subsidised treatment to the deserving patients. He gives talks on the radio and TV regularly to educate the public on eye care.
